A Swingin’ Success: SBCA’s 29th Annual Golf Tournament

On Friday, June 20th, a sold-out field of over 150 players gathered at Glen Annie Golf Club for the Santa Barbara Contractors Association’s 29th Annual Golf Tournament. With perfect weather, lively energy, and a strong spirit of giving, the event was a resounding success, all in support of the TRADART Foundation, which helps students pursue careers in construction through technical education pathways.

Players enjoyed a full day of friendly competition, community connection, and exciting challenges:  including the $10,000 Long Putt, a hole-in-one contest for a brand-new Chevrolet truck, and contests for Closest to the Pin (winner received a 7-night Worldwide Resort Getaway) and Longest Drive, where the winner chose between a Las Vegas getaway or a 5-day cruise for two.

Thanks to the community’s incredible generosity, over $5,000 in donated prizes added to the fun and rewarded both luck and skill, from gift cards and dining experiences to golf gear and adventure outings.
