ANDREW CHUNG

Treasurer

American Riviera Bank

What inspired you to join this SBCA?
American Riviera Bank has been involved with the SBCA for many years and has always had a bank representative on the board.  Upon the prior bank representative's vacating, American Riviera Bank asked that I step in as the Bank’s representative.

Describe your professional background and key accomplishments relevant to your role on the board.
I am currently a Senior Vice President – Senior Commercial Lender with American Riviera Bank.  I have provided many residential and commercial construction loans over the past 20 years to our local community members.

What motivates you in your work within the construction industry?
I truly appreciate the creative designs created by the architects and how the contractors and trades bring tangible life to these creative designs.

Share a notable experience or achievement during your time on the board?
Re-establishing a board with members who can move the SBCA to the next level.

How do you see SBCA evolving in the next few years?
I hope that the SBCA can be a real voice for the contractors and provide needed resources to the trades in the amazing community we have built for many years to come.
