Frank Schipper Construction’s Expert Tip:
When choosing a General Contractor, talk to local Architects & Subcontractors to see if the contractor you are wanting to work with fits the needs of your project. Make sure they have a current contractor’s license and check to see if they’re members of organizations that are affiliated with their industry. These organizations are a good source of information regarding the contractor and their work.
