Dear SBCA Members,

We are pleased to announce the 17th Annual Builder fo the Year Award Contest.  This competition recognizes and promotes excellence within our memership.  The contest is open to all SBCA members in good standing and to any project substantially completed between March 31, 2006 and March 31, 2008.

An awards banquet and ceremony will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at the Fess Parker's Doubletree Resort Santa Barbara.  Awards will be given to one winner from each category, and one exceptional entrant will be named "Builder of the Year", as selected by a panel of seven judges.  The Subcontractor of the Year, Industry Professtional and Member's Choice winners, as selected from a poll of SBCA members, will also be announced at that time.
