* A $50 application fee will be required of cancelled or expired members re-applying for membership

I/we do hereby make this application for membership to the Santa Barbara Contractors Association. All applications for membership must be approved by the Board of Directors. I/we understand that if membership dues are delinquent 45 days, my membership will be terminated for nonpayment and a new application must be submitted for approval. I/we understand that our membership shall maintain in good standing and shall be terminated only in writing and only after all obligations to the Santa Barbara Contractors Association have been paid.
