State Fund has partnered with the Economic and Employment Enforcement Coalition (EEEC) to provide you with current information about laws and regulations in the construction industry.
The EEEC is a labor, employment, and licensing law enforcement unit that is conducting unannounced inspections on such matters as labor law and health and safety violations. One of the industries the EEEC is currently targeting is construction businesses.
