State Fund has partnered with the Economic and Employment Enforcement Coalition (EEEC) to provide you with current information about laws and regulations in general industry.

The EEEC is a labor, employment, and licensing law enforcement unit that is conducting unannounced inspections on such matters as labor law and health and safety violations. The EEEC is currently targeting auto body, auto repair, car washes, pallet making, and garmentindustries, but these sweeps will expand to other industries, maybe yours.

The EEEC is comprised of investigators and inspectors from the:

• Labor Commissioner’s Office
• Cal/OSHA
• Employment Development Department (EDD)
• Contractors State License Board (CSLB)
• U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)
