Members of the Santa Barbara Contractors Association can view project information and documents (plans, specs, and addenda) via the Online Planroom (OPR).

  • Electronic estimating using the full version of On Screen Takeoff (OST) 3.
  • Quantify counts, lengths and areas from scaled drawings.
  • Print, email or save takeoff to PDF or Excel.
  • Color code takeoff for presentation or job coordination.
  • Digital storage for all plan files and takeoff.
  • Overlay addenda drawings to originals to show changes
  • Analyze and price quantities by areas such as Phases, Floors, or Buildings.
